Club Exhibit Rules

 Members of Northeast Photography Club please note the below rules before you participate in the Club Shows.

Exhibit Rules - 

Dues paid members are eligible to submit photographs for an exhibit. There is a $10.00 entrance fee.

Each member may submit up to 4 photographs. There is no guarantee that the juror will select any of your photographs for exhibit. Photographs that have been previously accepted in a NPC exhibit cannot be re-submitted.

All signatures will be covered before photographs are juried.

Photographs must be matted and framed.

 

Requirements:

 Black or silver metal frame with glass or plastic inserted

 Front exposed face of frame not wider than ½”

 Maximum frame size - 20” x 24”

 Frame wired for hanging

 Mat of black, white, off white, or any shade of gray

A club information label is to be completed and mounted on the back, upper right corner.

Send the title, asking price, insurance value and frame size to the designated Exhibit Committee Member no later than two days before the drop off date.
